My name is Clarissa.
I have been on this journey of a natural way to heal since I was a child. I am the youngest of 6, a wife, and a Mother of 5. I am a survivor of domestic violence.
I have rediscovered myself and decided to follow my 1st love,
HOLISTIC HEALTH,
while helping my crew on their journey to follow their own dreams.
MY VIEW ON HEALTH
Over the years I have learned that the body really can heal itself by itself given half the chance to do so. I am a strong believer of letting the body heal as naturally as possible by giving the body a chance to grow strong and heal itself with using minimal or no treatments made in a lab.
KNOWLEDGE
I earned my Integrative Nutrtion Health Coaching Certificate from Institute for Integrative Nutrition in October 2018. Fast Like a Girl Certificate from Dr. Mindy Pelz earned September 2024. Presently I am working on mastering Naturopathic Medicine.
